Ithubalethu (Our Chance) Project
This initiative targets Youth at High Risk, mainly sex workers, Men who have sex with Men (MSM) and
drug users. We improve health outcomes for sex workers, their clients and partners through
combination preventation approaches. We
strengthen health system for the implementation of the National Sex Workers Plan (NSWP) HIV, TB
and STI’s.
Prevent new infections of HIV, STI’s, TB and COVID.
• Regular HIV testing and linkage to care. Screen and treat TB and STI’s.
• Provide ART and PrEP.
• Educate through health talks and Awareness campaigns.
• Distribute condoms (Male, Female and Lubricants).
• Conduct IACT (Integrated Access to Care and Treatment) sessions for PLHIV.
Reduce Human Rights social and structural barriers to Health Care

• Provide ART and PrEP.
